Repetition hides in more than words
Repeated phrases are easy to find, but repeated ideas are usually the bigger problem. A draft may explain the same benefit in the introduction, body, and conclusion without giving the reader a new reason to care.
Give each paragraph a distinct job. One can define the problem, another can show a process, and a third can offer a practical example. If two paragraphs do the same work, combine them or cut the weaker one.
